The last software download has failed to finish completly before my licence expired.

I now have 3 vehicles that state "finish update" which I cannot do. This makes the machine incomplete and useless for the 3 vehicles.

I am very upset that there seems to be no help from the U.K supplier.

This seems to me to be a simple download for the affected vehicles, or a sd card withe the correct info on to make the machine complete again.

As far as I am concerned I have paid for a machine which included all updates for 1 year, and I have not recieved that. If perhaps the wifi was lost or the battery went flat durning the download  it should have resumed next time the unit was switched on, along with the update icon indicating so.
